Set up a new
Pitchcall watch.
Give your watch its Pitchcall software, then add your team’s private passphrase. Use Chrome or Edge on a computer and a USB data cable. Future watch updates are available in the iPhone app.
Before you plug in: this installer is for the LILYGO T-Watch S3 2.4G version (K250 or K251). Check your watch model.

Setting up a new watch? Complete steps 1–3 below. Pitchcall already installed? Skip directly to step 3.

NEW WATCH
Connect your watch
Turn the watch on, connect a USB data cable, then choose its USB port when your browser asks.
Use Chrome or Edge. No BOOT button is needed.
Use a T-Watch S3 2.4G (K250 or K251). The connection check identifies its chip, not the exact watch or radio model.
NEW WATCH
Install Pitchcall
Install the verified Pitchcall software and keep the cable connected until it finishes.
Waiting for step 1
Available after the watch is connected.
ONE LAST THING
Restart required before step 3. Wait for the watch to finish restarting and for its Pitchcall USB port to reappear. If it does not restart automatically, power it off with the crown, then turn it back on.
EVERY WATCH
Set your team passphrase
This lets watches on your team recognize one another. Already installed? Start here—skip steps 1 and 2.
WHEN BOTH BOXES MATCH
This will not change anything until you select the watch’s USB port.
Connection details
After setup: use the same passphrase in the iPhone app. Turn RELAY ON on just one watch and keep that watch near the phone. Leave Relay off on your players’ watches.
Having trouble connecting?
Make sure the cable carries data and that the watch is powered on before selecting its USB port. If no port appears, use a known-good data cable, turn the watch off and on with the crown, then choose Connect watch again. After installation, long-press the crown to turn the watch off and start it again.
Installing the software does not erase your team passphrase or other saved watch settings. You can safely install a newer version on a watch that is already set up.
